Xperteez Technology is on the lookout for a dedicated and driven Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative to join our innovative team in the insurance sector. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with clients on a personal level and have a knack for understanding their specific insurance needs. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that promote our insurance products while building long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying new business prospects, conducting in-field sales meetings, and crafting tailored presentations that highlight how our offerings can best serve clients' requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the target market.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs.
  • Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations to highlight the benefits of our insurance solutions.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and sales forecasts to track progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to provide insights for strategic advantage.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in outside sales, ideally within the insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
