Job Description

e are seeking an Attorney - Family Law to become a part of a growing team! The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience within a law firm working environment. Experience would include mid to high-asset divorces, child custody, spousal support, and agreements that include post-judgment and pre/post-marital agreements. Will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal transactions.

Other tasks include case planning, preparation of summaries and materials for conferences, preparation of pleadings, discovery, and trial proceedings.

Qualifications:

JD required and must be a member of the CA bar and in good standing
Familiarity with various legal documents including Judicial Counsel forms
