• 7th?10th Year Associate
• Senior Counsel / Partner-Track (20+ Years Experience)

• 1,850 billable hours: $10,000 bonus
• 1,900+ hours: $5,000?$7,500 per additional 50 hours (band-dependent)
• Uncapped production bonuses
• $5,000 year-end holiday bonus (prorated first year)

  • Internal candidates: $375k?$400k+ recurring book (sustained 2+ years)
  • Lateral candidates: $500k?$750k+ recurring book

  • Internal or lateral: $1MM+ recurring book over 2?3 years

  Thresholds subject to change based on firm needs and market conditions. Requirements

  • Current CA State License
  • Strong job stability
  • Solid academic credentials
  • Recent and meaningful experience in the relevant practice area
  • No insurance defense backgrounds (especially where insurer conflicts may arise)
  • Hybrid schedule: 1?2 WFH days/week after training
  • Training period (first ~3 months): in-office daily
