Essential Duties:

Safely operate extruders on a busy production line

Ensure that finished product meets company standards

Supervise other team members as you grow in your role

Troubleshoot and repair equipment

Monitor and maintain inventory, purchasing

Complete and maintain appropriate reports and documentation

Work a 2-2-3, 12 hour shift schedule with flexibility for work/life balance

The ideal candidate will have:

HS diploma or equivalent

2 years' experience in a production environment

Experience with Extrusion machinery

Priority concern for safety and quality

A desire to have a long-term career
