About the Job and Responsibilities:

Our lead plumbers must be experienced, and motivated to work on both commercial and residential job sites to be considers for this position. Our Lead Plumbers need at least 3 years of experience.

• Ensures work complies with engineering specifications and local building codes.
• Keeps accurate work logs: jobsites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up.
• Work with minimal supervision, applying your skills and independent decision-making in a manner that will provide superior quality work for the customer.
• Ability and willingness to train and mentor apprentices.

Pay range: $30-40/hr.

Requirements

• Candidates who possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI are preferred.
• At least 3 years Lead experience.
• Possess a valid Michigan driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places.
• Skilled at using power and hand tools.
• Excellent and effective communication skills - oral and written.
