What You'll Do:
Install and configure advanced security systems
in homes, ensuring they function seamlessly to protect the property.
Train customers on how to use their systems,
including smartphone apps for remote access and monitoring.
Test system functions and backup batteries
to ensure reliability in case of emergencies.
Stay up-to-date on the newest security products and technologies to provide customers with the best solutions.
Collaborate with your team
to test systems, manage customer databases, and deliver exceptional service.
Explain system capabilities
in clear and simple terms, helping customers feel confident and secure.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to ensure smooth project completion.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience
in home security installations or a related field.
A valid driver?s license and any trade licenses required.
Strong communication skills
and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
Excellent time management
to juggle multiple installations and service calls.
Physical ability
to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
