The Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to support the firm?s owner directly. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone who is organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable working alongside a fast-moving, decisive leader. You will be the person who keeps the owner?s day on track, manages competing priorities, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Success here means the owner can focus on the highest-value work because you are handling everything else with sound judgment and very little supervision. What You?ll Be Doing

• Manage the owner?s calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities
• Screen, organize, and follow up on emails, calls, and incoming requests
• Track tasks and projects to completion and keep commitments from slipping
• Prepare for meetings, gather materials, and make sure the owner is ready
• Coordinate across the firm?s attorneys, staff, and outside contacts
• Handle confidential information with complete discretion
• Anticipate needs and solve problems before they become urgent
• Manage travel, logistics, and appointments
• Provide clear, brief status updates and flag what needs a decision
• Take ownership of follow-through so priorities actually get done

Requirements What We?re Looking For

• Substantial experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, or senior administrator supporting a busy owner, executive, or principal ? this is a seasoned-professional role, and demonstrated experience is required
• Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls
• Calm, steady, and reliable under a fast pace and direct communication
• Discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication
• Comfort with written priorities, weekly check-ins, and direct feedback
• Strong technology skills across calendar, email, documents, and scheduling tools
• Low drama, high accountability, and a genuine service mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $65,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience ? the more experienced and capable you are, the higher the compensation
