Executive Assistant for Fast Paced Construction Start Up

This job will be supporting the CEO of a rapidly-expanding company as we prepare to scale through California this year. He is a level 5, big-picture person. Your job will be to help him stay on track, keep organized, and block and tackle to protect his time.

We are currently in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to enhance our operations. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to make a significant impact within a team that values clear communication and initiative.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

• Manage and report key data and metrics in company
• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and agendas, ensuring effective use of time.
• Manage email inbox, phone and respond when appropriate.
• Step in as needed to run meetings.
• Document meeting outcomes and action items to facilitate follow-up.
• Assist with recruiting and first pass screenings of potential hires.
• Manage projects for the CEO as needed.
• Represent the company's brand with a professional appearance and conduct.
• Assist in preparing presentations and monitoring timelines for ongoing projects.
• Manage personal tasks and errands
• Support customer engagement initiatives, including coordinating and participating in appreciation events.
• Contribute positively to the company culture and uphold core values.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
• Research and compile information for various projects as needed.
• Perform additional office duties as assigned and provide backup for management tasks.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to improve processes from day one.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for collaboration and persuasion.
• Ability to handle pressure and navigate a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong technology ability with Google Workspace, PPT, Canva
• Ability to travel as needed as new branches are being opened in Southern California and elsewhere.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75K to $95K plus bonus.
