Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist with project management and coordination of various departmental initiatives.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Manage travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
- Have Knowledge of MIS and Data Entry
