As the Estimator, you will play a critical role in the repair process, providing customers with accurate damage assessments and repair estimates post-collision. This position entails collaborating with customers, insurance companies, and repair facility team members to ensure a smooth and efficient repair experience.

The Estimator's primary responsibility is to compile comprehensive and detailed repair estimates based on vehicle assessments. You will be pivotal in educating customers about the repair journey while establishing realistic expectations throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document damages
• Utilize estimating software to generate precise repair estimates
• Communicate effectively with customers about the status of their claims and repairs
• Collaborate with insurers to clarify requirements and approve estimates
• Provide ongoing updates and insights to customers and stakeholders throughout the repair process

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator in the collision repair industry
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Mitchell Connect and Audatex
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures, OEM standards, and industry guidelines
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• I-CAR training or certifications are considered an asset
