This position entails collaborating with customers, insurance companies, and repair facility team members to ensure a smooth and efficient repair experience.

The Estimator's primary responsibility is to compile comprehensive and detailed repair estimates based on vehicle assessments. You will be pivotal in educating customers about the repair journey while establishing realistic expectations throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document damages
Utilize estimating software to generate precise repair estimates
Communicate effectively with customers about the status of their claims and repairs
Collaborate with insurers to clarify requirements and approve estimates
Provide ongoing updates and insights to customers and stakeholders throughout the repair process

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator in the collision repair industry
Proficiency in estimating software such as Mitchell Connect and Audatex
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures, OEM standards, and industry guidelines
Valid Driver's License
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Personal Skills:

Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in estimating
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and handle multiple deadlines
Customer-focused approach with a knack for relationship-building
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations seamlessly
