Your Role:
As an Esthetics Substitute Teacher, you will have the crucial responsibility of providing a consistent and engaging learning experience for students in the absence of their regular instructor. Your role includes delivering lessons on skincare, makeup, and beauty treatments, with an emphasis on hands-on learning that aligns with our comprehensive curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lesson plans and lectures in accordance with the established curriculum.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on instruction in skincare and makeup techniques.
• Assess student performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Foster a positive and structured classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure educational consistency.

Requirements

Qualificatio ns:

• Must have an active Esthetics license in the state of Indiana.
• Must have an active Esthetics Beauty of Culture Teaching License in the state of Indiana required.
• Experience in esthetics or a related field is a plus.
• Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for education and student development.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
