Your Role:
As a Substitute Esthetics Teacher, you will step into the classroom to ensure that students receive a seamless educational experience when their regular instructor is absent. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging lessons, leading hands-on demonstrations, and providing essential support to students as they learn the foundational techniques of esthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct lessons based on pre-established curriculum and lesson plans.
• Demonstrate esthetics techniques through practical, hands-on sessions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Esthetics license in the State of Indiana is mandatory.
• Must possess an active Indiana State Beauty of Culture Educator License .
• Previous experience in the esthetics field or teaching is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring students.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying teaching needs.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
