Your Role: As a Daytime Esthetics Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to educate and inspire students in various aspects of esthetics, including skincare techniques, makeup artistry, and the latest beauty trends. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum.
• Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations in skincare and makeup techniques.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
• Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment in the classroom.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and educational best practices.

Requirements Qualifications:

• Active Educator License in the State of Illinois is required.
• Demonstrated experience in esthetics, with strong knowledge of skincare and makeup application.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively.
• A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring future beauty professionals.
• Availability for daytime teaching hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm cst
