Estate & Gift Tax Senior (Partnership Track) Associate

Henderson, Caverly & Pum LLP is seeking a Senior Associate in its estate planning practice. This is a partnership track position. Successful Senior Associate candidates will have a JD from a top-tier law school and will already be licensed to practice law in California, or are scheduled to take the California bar exam in the near future with a reasonable expectation of passing the exam. At least five years of experience in estate, gift and generation skipping transfer tax planning and drafting is a must. An LLM in tax is desired, but it may be substituted with the right depth of experience in estate, gift, generation-skipping and fiduciary income tax planning.
