ERP Project Manager

The Secheron Hasler Group is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP and Business Applications Project Manager with solid experience in managing ERP projects and a proven background as a Oracle e-business suite Business Analyst.
Main responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with Oracle ERP capabilities.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documents.
• Plan, execute, and monitor ERP and business application projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Ensure alignment of ERP solutions with business goals and objectives.
• Ensure data migration, system integration, and testing are successfully executed.
• Coordinate post-implementation support, including user training, documentation, and system optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle E-Business Suite Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience as Oracle ERP project manager incl. ERP system implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
