Environmental Engineer

Eram Talent, a prominent Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Environmental Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in the Oil & Energy sector. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring environmental compliance and promoting sustainability initiatives. Your expertise will contribute significantly to minimizing environmental impacts and ensuring our client's operations align with regulatory standards and best practices.

If selected, the work location would be in Saudi Arabia.

• Conduct environmental impact assessments and ensure all projects comply with environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement environmental management plans and policies.
• Monitor environmental performance and conduct audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with environmental laws and standards.
• Provide training and support to staff on environmental practices and regulations.
• Analyze environmental data and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Implement pollution prevention measures and strategies to enhance sustainability.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in environmental engineering or a related role, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry.
• Strong understanding of local, national, and international environmental regulations.
• Experience with conducting environmental impact assessments and audits.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in environmental management systems and reporting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
