Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an entry-level associate/law graduate (class of 2026) to join the Business Law Department, Health Care Practice Group in our Tampa office in the Fall of 2026. Foley?s preeminent Telemedicine and Digital Health Industry Team represents hospitals and health systems, technology-enabled healthcare service companies, venture-backed digital health entrepreneurs, life sciences companies, and investors across the United States. As a result, this position will involve working with Foley lawyers and transactions based in Florida, as well as various other Foley regions. Our ideal candidate will have strong research, document drafting, and interpersonal skills. Qualified candidates will have relevant experience and/or coursework in health care compliance and/or technology. We are seeking a well-rounded, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Business Law Associate who is enthusiastic about the intersection of healthcare and technology and eager to learn. Summer associate law firm experience preferred. Top academics required. To be considered, all qualified candidates must be in their third-year at an ABA-approved law school.
