AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Engineer.

Seamless integration of subsystems and components, ensuring optimal vehicle performance. Your expertise will drive innovation and excellence in tractor design.

Your Impact

Dashboard Development & Data Visualization: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint. Ensure that dashboards are user-friendly, insightful, and tailored to the needs of different teams. Apply data visualization best practices to present information clearly and effectively. Continuously improve and optimize dashboard performance, speed, and usability.

Data Management & Integration: Collect, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, Excel, Azure, PWA etc.) to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Work with SQL databases and ETL processes to organize and structure data for efficient use. Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for improved workflow efficiency. Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate various data sources into centralized reporting solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Insights: Work closely with engineering managers, Finance, HR and Purchasing leaders to understand data requirements and reporting needs. Translate complex business requirements into technical dashboard solutions that drive key decisions. Conduct data analysis and trend identification to provide actionable insights to various teams. Support the Engineering team in tracking KPIs, performance metrics, and operational efficiency.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data visualization, dashboard tools, and business intelligence practices. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and data analysis workflows. Ensure data governance, compliance, and security best practices are followed in all reporting solutions.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or dashboard development.

Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint for dashboard creation and data presentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
