Energy & Natural Resources Associate

Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior associate to join the Energy & Natural Resources group. Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of experience in project development, construction, M&A and finance in energy and infrastructure transactions, particularly renewable energy. Candidates should also have experience with EPC and major equipment procurement on onshore and offshore wind, solar and energy storage projects Candidates must be an active member of their state bar.
