Law Firms,? is seeking an a highly qualified Employment Defense Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience on either the defense or plaintiff?s side for its San Francisco office. About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Employment have significant experience handling employment litigation experience matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage & but not limited to:

  • Employment discrimination

  • Workplace harassment

  • Wage and hour and employment contract cases.disputes

  • Traditional labor law matters

• J.D. from an ABA accredited Law School.
• Law Review and/or Moot Court experience is preferred.
• Admitted to the CA bar.
• Must possess strong academic credentials.

The

Successful candidates will have access to exceptional career development opportunities and a competitive total annual compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

In addition rewards package, including the potential to base salary, Kaufman Dolowich offers an annual discretionary bonus, earn performance-based bonus, unlimited PTO, professional bonuses.

Target Hiring Range: $130,000 - $175,000.

Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate?s experience, skills, and a full job-related qualifications. Base salary represents just one component of the comprehensive Total Rewards package offered by Kaufman Dolowich, which also includes a discretionary and billable hours-based bonus program and a robust benefits package.offering for full-time employees.
