A National Amlaw100 firm is seeking a Junior level associate for their Labor & Employment Department in Los Angeles

Qualifications:

JD and CA Bar Admission
2 years' experience in Employment Law specific to California.
Strong background in discrimination, retaliation and harassment law and wrongful discharge actions
High level of academic achievement
Law firm experience
Superb writing, drafting and communication skills.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support a national practice.

Requirements for submission : cover letter, resume, writing sample and law school transcript

Compensation and benefits:

Salary will range between $235,000 - $310,000, depending on experience
A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance
