Job Description
Gibbons is seeking an attorney with a minimum of five years of knowledge of/experience with employee benefits law and ERISA, including qualified retirement plans design and compliance, executive compensation, health & welfare plans, fringe benefits, mergers and acquisitions, sponsor and fiduciary risk management, benefit plan documentation, ERISA claims and dispute resolution, governmental investigations and audits, Affordable Care Act compliance, and 409A.
