Eminent Domain Attorney

We are seeking an experienced litigator to join our client's team as an Eminent Domain Attorney. This role is ideal for a California-licensed attorney with a solid background in litigation and strong legal writing and research skills. Experience in public entity law or eminent domain is highly valued but not required. The position offers flexible hybrid scheduling and the opportunity to work on impactful matters.

Requirements

• Handle a range of litigation matters, primarily within California courts
• Manage all aspects of case development, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex matters and ensure timely case progression
• Active member of the California Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in California
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and case management skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and independently

Benefits

• Salary Range: $175,000 $225,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus eligible
• Annual billable hours: 1,900
