• Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
• Perform regular maintenance to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
• Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries.
• Diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service work, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a related technical role.
• Journeyman Electrician License
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
