About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design email strategy /campaigns, execute email marketing campaigns for new user onboarding process, various investment products, trading platforms, and financial services.
2. Implement automated email journeys for client onboarding, account activation, and trading activity nurturing. Design and optimize lead nurturing campaigns to convert prospects into active trading accounts.
3. Develop retention/engagement campaigns to increase assets under management and trading activity.
4. Create segmented email strategies for different investor profiles (new investors, active traders, fundamental/ technical investors). Create targeted campaigns for different financial products (stocks, ETFs, options,Cryptos).
5. Manage time-sensitive market updates and trading opportunity communications.
6. Develop educational content series about investing, market updates, and financial products.
7. Coordinate with compliance team to ensure all email communications meet regulatory requirements.
8. Work with designers to make the email content attractive and align with brand images.
9. Track and report on key metrics including account opening rates, click-through rates, new users converted, asset inflow, and trading volume.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Journalism or related field
2. 3+ years of marketing communication experience, preferably in financial services
3. Strong knowledge of retail investing products and services
4. Proven track record of driving customer acquisition in financial services
5. Understanding of FINRA and SEC marketing regulations is a plus

Required Skills:

1. Proven EDM strategy success
2. Understanding of retail investment products and services
3. Knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts
4. Familiarity with brokerage account types and structures
5. Data-driven decision-making abilities
6. Experience with financial services compliance requirements
7. Understanding of investor segmentation and targeting

• Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $70,000-$100,000 . This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
