  • Regions Covered: Northern California, Sacramento Valley, Reno, Oregon, and Washington.

Ewing Outdoor Supply, a leading supplier of landscape and irrigation products, is looking for a Divisional Sales Manager to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction across our targeted regions. As the Divisional Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of account managers, develop strategic sales initiatives, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve divisional sales goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders while providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies and tactics with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales budget, forecasts, and expense reports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the landscape or irrigation industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at analyzing sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
