Position Overview: Reporting to the Management team, our Sales Associates understand that Retail is a billboard for the brand. They take pride in being a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassador inside and outside the store to ensure the Company's success within the recreational cannabis landscape. Our Sales Associates are curious, thoughtful, and sales-oriented people who impart cannabis wisdom and create positive customer relationships to build a loyal customer base. This position starts as a part-time role at $19.50/hour + tips. Requirements

• Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers; successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics?
• Pick & pack orders
• Accurately handle cash transactions by operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining precise register?
• Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily?
• Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures??
• Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures?
• Abide by all company policies and programs?
• Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
• Other duties may be assigned ?

Qualifications:

• Minimum 21 years of age?
• High school diploma??
• Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability??
• Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.?
• All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs?

This position starts as a part-time role at $19.50/hour + tips.
