Position: Director, Sales Operations

At Interview Kickstart, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way candidates prepare for technical interviews. As the Associate Director of Sales Operations, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our sales processes, optimising performance, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales operations strategies to improve performance and efficiency across the sales team.
• Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and utilizing analytics to drive insights.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to set targets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Enhance existing sales processes and tools to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and deliver training and resources to support the sales team's skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to align strategies and share insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, providing ongoing support and feedback on performance metrics.
• Evaluate and improve sales reporting mechanisms to track performance against goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies and operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and reporting tools, particularly Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
