One of our companies is currently looking for a Director, Sage Partnerships in the United States .

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director to lead and grow ERP partnerships, specifically focused on Sage and its VAR (Value Added Reseller) network. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building senior-level relationships, and overseeing all aspects of partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance. This position requires deep experience in ERP ecosystems, strong collaboration across teams, and a proactive approach to driving growth. You'll report directly to the VP of Partnerships and influence how we scale our strategic partner network.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute the Sage-focused partnership strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Grow ERP and VAR partnerships through tailored programs based on market trends and partner strategy.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Sage and top-tier VARs, driving joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Lead partner onboarding, contract negotiation, and enablement for Premier and Plus Tier partners.
  • Monitor partnership performance using key KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and finance to optimize partner impact.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner escalations and opportunity development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in SaaS, with 57 years in partnerships, channel sales, or enterprise sales.
  • 35 years of direct experience with the Sage ecosystem and VAR community.
  • Strong record of sales success and partnership development in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Desired: experience in fintech or payments, and background in sales or marketing.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in high-ambiguity situations.
