Position Responsibilities

Ready to build what's next? As a Director of Product Management & Development, you?ll be at the forefront of innovation?turning bold ideas into real products that scale. You'll own the full product lifecycle, from pitching new concepts to launching MVPs and driving continuous growth. This is a high-impact role where you?ll shape strategy, rally teams, and deliver meaningful value to millions of customers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Product Development, Product Management or similar area of responsibility.
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
• Experience launching successful tech products?
• Strong financial acumen; ability to build and pitch business cases
• Understanding of basic network and emerging tech concepts?
• Deep customer & industry knowledge?
• Creative problem solver, ability to develop solutions to hard problems ?
• Ability to engage with various stakeholder groups

Our Director Product Management & Development earns between?$174,100 - $261,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
