For one of our clients, we are looking for a Director of Strategic Accounts - West, remotely from the United States.

In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding key customers through the entire sales cycle, from initial consideration to purchase. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and contribute to the growth of our SaaS platform. Your role will involve driving opportunities, forecasting pipelines, and influencing product and corporate strategies, all while positioning the company as a leader in AI for customer experience and contact centers. You will work closely with Fortune 250 prospects and foster high-impact relationships within the industry.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the sales process for 50 Fortune 250 prospects, driving them from consideration to purchase.
  • Partner with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Account Associates, Customer Success) to execute complex customer evaluations, demos, and proof of values.
  • Manage and forecast pipeline and targets on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to contribute valuable insights to the product roadmap and corporate strategy.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members while contributing to the development of company culture.
  • Lead high-visibility customer events, such as CABs, conferences, and product launches.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise or strategic selling experience, particularly in SaaS, platform-as-a-service, or BPO solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales bookings with ARR targets exceeding $1M annually in the past 3 years.
  • Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies within the contact center space.
  • Deep understanding of KPIs and QA/Coaching processes in contact centers.
  • Strong background in supporting fast-growing B2C companies, especially in sectors like banking, insurance, healthcare, travel, hospitality, and telecom.
  • Exceptional skills in gathering market intelligence and reporting on competitive landscapes.
  • Ability to lead high-profile customer events and initiatives.
