Job Description:

As the Director of Sales & Agent Development at Aqyr, Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our agents and driving the overall sales strategy of the brokerage. You will be responsible for recruiting, leading sales initiatives, developing and implementing training programs, and providing ongoing support to ensure our agents achieve their full potential. This position requires a dynamic leader with a passion for real estate, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, fostering a high-performance culture.

2. Agent Development:

Design and implement training programs for new and experienced agents, focusing on skill development, market knowledge, and best practices.

Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to agents, helping them set and achieve personal and professional goals.

Organize workshops, seminars, and continuing education opportunities to ensure agents stay current with industry trends and regulations.

3. Recruitment and Retention:

Collaborate with the HR team to attract, recruit, and onboard talented agents who align with Aqyr, Inc.'s mission and values.

Develop and implement retention strategies to create a supportive and engaging work environment.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development.

4. Marketing and Branding:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote Aqyr, Inc. and its agents.

Assist agents in building their personal brands and leveraging social media and other marketing channels.

Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials.

5. Client Relationships:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Promote a client-centric culture within the sales team.

Requirements

Valid California real estate salesperson or broker license.

Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the real estate industry.

Strong understanding of real estate sales processes, market trends, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
