Our client is looking for a Director of Program Management to spearhead and oversee program management initiatives across the organization. In this critical role, you will ensure that all programs align with business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the program management team in the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects.
  • Develop and implement program management frameworks and best practices.
  • Ensure alignment of programs with strategic business objectives and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor program performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Establish and manage program budgets, and ensure effective resource allocation and management.
  • Communicate program status and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address program challenges.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork within the program management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into program management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful program delivery and management.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements.
  • Experience with project management software and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
