The?FQHC?Community?Health?Clinic?has?been?in?operation?for?over?20?years?and?offers?Mental?Health,?Primary?Care?Medical,?Physical?Therapy,?&?Dentistry'services?to?the?BIPOC?community. Key?Responsibilities
