Perfect Keto is Hiring: Director of Partnerships

We're searching for a strategic, data-driven Director of Partnerships to take our affiliate and partnerships programs to the next level. You'll scale Perfect Keto's existing affiliate partnerships and build a robust affiliate strategy for our new sister brand, Toku Health, from the ground up.

This role is perfect for a seasoned performance marketer who thrives on KPI-driven decision making, strategic testing of new channels, and has a proven track record collaborating with medical professionals and trusted health voices.

• You'll lead partnership efforts for two brands :

Perfect Keto (established, primed for scale)

Toku Health (newly launching, opportunity to build from scratch)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute strategic affiliate partnership plans leveraging KPIs and analytics
• Expand Perfect Keto's affiliate program, optimizing existing channels and strategically exploring new ones (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, etc.)
• Strategically launch and scale the Toku Health affiliate program from inception, specifically targeting partnerships with trusted MDs, medical influencers, and credible health voices
• Create comprehensive SOPs and leverage virtual assistants (VAs) to optimize efficiency prior to team expansion
• Continuously test, learn, and scale successful affiliate strategies, using data to drive decisions
• Provide affiliates with exceptional support, strategic insights, and tailored resources to maximize conversions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and executive teams, ensuring affiliate efforts align with broader company goals
• Stay on the cutting edge of affiliate, influencer, and creator marketing trends and apply best practices to continuously innovate

Requirements

You Are:

• Deeply analytical and KPI-driven, capable of translating data into actionable insights and strategic initiatives
• Experienced (4+ years) building and scaling successful affiliate or influencer programs, ideally from the ground up
• Proven in identifying, testing, and scaling new affiliate channels effectively
• Skilled at partnering with credible medical professionals and trusted health authorities
• Highly organized, proactive, capable of independently managing multiple brands and priorities efficiently
• Comfortable creating business cases for expanding teams and resources when necessary
• Adept at using VAs to execute clearly documented SOPs until growth warrants full-time team hires
• Passionate about health and wellness, with an ability to authentically connect with health-focused affiliates
