Director of First Impressions - Receptionist

We're currently looking for a full-time Director of First Impressions to be the welcoming face of our company. This key role is responsible for greeting guests, managing front-desk operations, and supporting multiple departments with various administrative tasks?all while maintaining a polished, professional appearance and a can-do attitude.

• Welcome and assist clients, guests, and team members with friendliness and professionalism
• Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and courtesy
• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including project assistance
• Help wrap homeowner gifts
• Support the HR team with employee recognition initiatives such as birthday and anniversary gifts
• Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and inviting
