Contract Coordinator

You must have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and highly organized. Real estate, escrow, and/or lending experience preferred. In this position you'll be processing all contracts after acceptance, program data entry, creating change orders,? and corresponding with other team members regarding transactions. This full-time position is based out of CBH Homes? headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now, offers competitive benefits after an interim period, and has one of the best holiday parties in town. • Processing all contracts after acceptance,? Earnest Money,? Loan Commitments, Sold change orders to CMs
• Program data entry (SalesForce, BuilderTrend, DotLoop)
• Assist with Brokerage and DotLoop audits
• Mylar audits

Requirements Real estate, escrow, new construction, and/or lending experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position. Benefits
