POSITION OVERVIEW: Stream?Data Centers is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Director of Accounting to join our dynamic team. As the Director of Accounting, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations while supporting our diverse portfolio that spans major markets.?This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can navigate the complexities of accounting within our fast-paced industry and support our vision of providing exceptional service to our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:?

• Oversee all accounting operations, including the preparation?and review?of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting,?and treasury management.?

• Interpret and implement new technical accounting standards as needed.? Assist with the development?and implementation of?accounting policies and procedures to ensure?consistency across the organization.?

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate financial planning and decision-making processes.?

• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for financial improvement.?

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.?

• Manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit experience.??

• Assist with the design, implementation and monitoring of internal controls?and ensure adherence to corporate governance and accounting standards.?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.?

• Minimum of?5?years of accounting experience in the internet or technology industry, with at least?2?years in a supervisory role.?

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.?

• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.?

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.?

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial reporting.?

• Proficient in?Netsuite,?Microsoft Excel,?and treasury management systems?with the ability to adapt to new technology quickly.?

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)??

• MBA or Master?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

The pay range for this role is between $130,000 ? 150,000 (base). Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons. Stream Data Centers offers annual bonus, benefits, flexible time off (vacation), 401k and a variety of other perks and benefits.
