Rockstar is recruiting for a consulting firm that partners with state education agencies, school districts, and adjacent education organizations, including nonprofits and foundations, to implement transformative initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes. They are seeking a highly experienced Director to join their consulting team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in the K12 education sector or finance/operations, and deep contextual knowledge in at least one of these areas. This role involves leading significant project workstreams and at least one project independently, while taking responsibility for strategic guidance, business development, project management, and client relationship management.

This individual will play a key role in shaping strategy, leading adaptive change initiatives, and contributing original thinking to achieve organizational goals. Advanced consulting skills, the ability to manage complex client engagements, and strong leadership capabilities are essential for success in this role.

• A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant experience.

This is a full-time opportunity.

This is a remote position , as the organization operates virtually. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Education : Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience : A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and managing teams.
