Dining Server

As a Dining Server, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding dining experiences for our patients and their families. This position requires a customer service-oriented mindset, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to actively listen to our guests' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming dining atmosphere
• Take meal orders accurately, ensuring that dietary restrictions and preferences are respected
• Serve meals promptly and courteously, paying attention to presentation and quality
• Actively listen to residents feedback and requests, responding with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth meal service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables
• Assist in the preparation of dining areas for special events or celebrations
• Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Excellent active listening skills to understand and respond to patient needs
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service that enhances the dining experience

Job Type: Part-time

Shift: Day & Evening Shifts Available

Salary: $16.75 - $18.50 per hour, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
