The Digital Senior Manager plays a critical role in leading an organization's digital transformation efforts, overseeing the development, execution, and management of digital strategies. This role focuses on driving growth, optimizing digital processes, and enhancing the customer experience through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify trends, technologies, and opportunities to drive digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital initiatives with business objectives.

Project Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project performance and recommend adjustments as needed.

Technology and Platform Oversight

  • Evaluate and select digital tools, platforms, and technologies that enhance business operations.
  • Ensure the integration and scalability of digital systems across departments.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and adaptability.
  • Provide training and resources to upskill team members in emerging technologies.

Data Analysis and Optimization

  • Leverage data and analytics to track digital performance and inform decision-making.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and optimize strategies.
  • Drive customer insights and personalized digital experiences.

Customer Experience Enhancement

  • Develop and enhance user-friendly digital platforms, ensuring excellent customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement digital campaigns and optimize online presence.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Ensure digital processes comply with relevant regulations, including data security and privacy.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard digital assets.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, technology management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, digital marketing, and content management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications (preferred):
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
