Job Summary

We are looking to hire someone who can support in the group tax consolidation, with an exposure on Global Practices and software for Taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in tax accounting (taxes on income, deferred tax accounting as per IAS 12 Income Taxes);
• Corporate Tax provisioning experience in a Multinational environment (for multiple tax jurisdiction);
• Experience in Financial / Tax provisioning system, with ability to support implementation of new system and become expert user. Experience in systems implementation would be beneficial;
• Ability to work with external tax professional firms and systems providers for preparation of Corporate Tax computations and provisions;
• Intercompany recharge experience;
• Other miscellaneous tax project work, including supporting preparation of Local Transfer Pricing files for entities in various jurisdictions

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in an Accounting or Tax department.
• Knowledge of country-by-country reporting
• Knowledge of BEPS Pillar 2
• Proven track record in Tax Accounting and Compliance with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• CA/ commerce graduate/ MBA required with experience will be preferred.
• In-depth experience with tax preparation, tax planning, and compliance documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilize financial data effectively.
• Demonstrated proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders including senior management, clients, and tax authorities.
