Position OverviewGreenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Dentist to provide comprehensive dental services at one of Indiana's state-operated hospitals. This critical role involves patient assessment, advanced dental procedures, and preventive education, all within a multidisciplinary clinical environment. You'll also play a leadership role in equipment management, staff training, and infection control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct new patient evaluations and annual dental exams
- Diagnose oral conditions and develop treatment plans
- Perform restorative, surgical, and preventive procedures
- Fabricate, fit, and adjust dentures, crowns, and bridges
- Educate patients and staff on oral hygiene and infection prevention
- Maintain dental equipment and ensure operability of X-ray systems
- Supervise and train dental assistants and support personnel
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care

Requirements
Qualifications- Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Licensure: Active Indiana Dental License and DEA Registration
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in general dentistry; hospital or public health experience is a plus
- Technical Skills:
- Competence in restorative, surgical, and prosthetic procedures
- Proficiency with dental imaging, sterilization standards, and equipment upkeep
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and team collaboration
