Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and efficient Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team! As our Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and the very best care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Manage and coordinate appointments, ensuring our patients receive timely and excellent care.
• Treatment Coordination: Work closely with patients to develop and communicate their dental treatment plans. Help with financing options etc.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator or in a similar role.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Dentrix and other record-keeping systems.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette.
