About the Role? United Dental Corporation is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing team in the vibrant Huntington area. We are looking for a dependable, patient-focused professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on experience, schedule preferences, and business needs. Candidates may be considered for multiple practices within the region based on business needs, schedule availability, and clinical fit.

• Assist?the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures?

• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments?

• Sterilize and?maintain?clinical equipment?

• Take dental radiographs?in accordance with?state regulations?

• Support patient flow and provider efficiency?

• Educate patients on post-operative and oral hygiene instructions?

• Maintain?accurate?patient records and clinical documentation?

• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols?

• Provide an outstanding patient experience from check-in to check-out?

• Active Dental Assistant Certification or Registration

• Current CPR/BLS Certification?

• Dental radiology certification (if required by state)?

• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures?

• Strong communication?and patient care skills?

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment?

• EFDA Certification (where applicable)?

• Coronal Polishing Certification?

• Sealant Certification?

• Experience with digital radiography?

• Experience with dental software and electronic health records?

• Experience in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments?

• Bilingual skills (if applicable to market)?
