Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development, data-driven, and AI projects. This role combines project management expertise with a passion for innovation, customer focus, and technical collaboration..

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:

• Lead the planning and execution of software development, data-driven, and AI projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee the entire project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and delivery, with a focus on Agile methodologies.

Collaboration Across Domains:

• Work closely with software development teams, data engineers, and AI specialists to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of solutions.
• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Customer Engagement:

• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Guide stakeholders in prioritizing objectives and defining deliverables.

Risk & Issue Management:

• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
• Governance & Compliance:
• Ensure all projects comply with data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Agile Facilitation:

• Serve as a Scrum Master promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement within teams.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of project management experience, ideally in software development, data, or technology sectors
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles,data management concepts, and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
• PMP or equivalent project management certifications.
• Experience managing software development projects in cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with AI and data science projects, including generative AI solutions.
• Product ownership experience with a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrated success in onshore-offshore delivery models.
