Delivery Lead - Digital Products

The Delivery Lead - Digital Products is responsible for co-leading the delivery of digital products across Transaction Banking business segments. The role involves managing Agile teams, overseeing vendor-managed turnkey teams, and ensuring efficient delivery aligned with the organization's digital strategy. This role reports to the VP, Head of Digital Products - TB and is integral to driving scalability, resilience, and performance of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Co-own and facilitate the delivery of digital products alongside Product Owners and Tribe Leads.
• Manage interfaces and dependencies for Digital Product Epics/Features with IT platforms.
• Track delivery commitments, mitigate risks, and ensure timely progress updates.

• Act as a Scrum of Scrums Master to coordinate activities within the tribe.
• Build a transparent and collaborative environment to improve team performance.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution across squads.

• Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance in all digital product solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end release management in collaboration with Tech Leads.
• Provide expertise in API design, microservices, and API security protocols like OAuth.

• Manage resource capacity and participate in hiring processes for Agile squads.
• Oversee vendor-based deliveries and ensure alignment with organizational standards.

• Support Tribe Leads in tracking product funding and providing budget utilization updates.
• Conduct product portfolio reviews and present findings to stakeholders.

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Essential).
• Certifications: PMP, Prince 2, or Agile Methodology (Optional).

• Minimum 8+ years of overall experience.
• 4+ years in Agile environments.
• 3+ years in Release Management.
• 3+ years in Banking/Financial domains (Essential).

• Proficiency in Agile management and leadership.
• Expertise in API design, RESTful architecture, and DevOps tools.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and innovation skills.
