Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled deck carpenter to join our team. The deck carpenter will be responsible for designing, constructing, and repairing decks for residential properties, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.

Responsibilities:

Create deck plans and designs based on client requirements
Construct decks using various materials
Install support beams, joists, and decking boards
Ensure decks are structurally sound and meet safety standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Be able to take accurate measurements

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in deck construction
General Liability Preferred
