Childcare Teacher | Woodstock
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Childcare Teacher for our schools in Woodstock. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!
Pay rate of $13-$19 per hour , based on experience, education, and credentials.
Current Openings:
- Infant Teacher (1 Opening Shift - Starts @ 6:30A & 1 Closing Shift Ends @ 6:30P)
- Toddler/Explorers Teacher
- Floater
- After-School Program Teacher (Part-Time or Full Time Depending on Availability)

Teacher Responsibilities :
- Implement our award-winning curriculum to meet each child's unique learning style.
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Document and share with families the important milestones in a child's day using our app.
- Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
- Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
Requirements
- Lead Teacher: Minimum of a CDA required.
- Assistant Teacher: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of experience working as a teacher at a licensed childcare center.
- Successful state background check and health assessments.
