Impact lives every day! The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Daycare Director in Training for Winston-Salem. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!

Salary range: $43,000-$48,000, based on experience, education and credentials.

Daycare Director in Training Responsibilities :

• Assist with overseeing the day-to-day activities of our school and ensure that local, state, and federal childcare requirements are met.
• Build relationships with parents, staff, and administration to facilitate students' developmental goals and provide caring, thoughtful service.
• Facilitate family tours and coordinate enrollments; maintain staff and child files, maintain state licensing and regulations/policies.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and supervising teammates (i.e. administrators, teachers, and support staff).
• Help to maintain accurate accounting of the center tuition daily/weekly and generate reports according to company guidelines.
• Be in ratio in the classrooms as needed for center operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or related field preferred.
• Previous management experience in licensed childcare preferred.
• Willingness to travel to locations located in Winston-Salem area.
